Principal Investigator
Ragnhild Louise Muriaas is the Principal Investigator on the SUCCESS-project. Her research focus is centered on the interaction between gender and politics, with a particular focus on representation, political careers and political financing.
Postdoctoral Fellow
Torill Stavenes is a Postdoctoral Fellow on the SUCCESS-team. Her main research interest is political party organisations; how they act as a driver for change, how their external environment shapes their functioning, and how they interact with other parties and stakeholders
PhD Fellow
Ida-Elise Seppola Asplund is a PhD student at the SUCCESS-project. Her research interests are gender and politics, and she seeks to explore which re-election strategies incumbents pursue, and whether these strategies are gendered.
PhD Fellow
Seréna Nilsson Rabia is a PhD student at the SUCCESS-project. She did her undergraduate in Peace Conflict Studies at Malmö University and holds a Master's in the Social Studies of Gender with a major in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from Lund University.
