THE SUCCESS TEAM
 

Ragnhild Louise Muriaas is the Principal Investigator on the SUCCESS-project. Her research focus is centered on the interaction between gender and politics, with a particular focus on representation, political careers and political financing.

Vibeke Wang is a senior researcher in the SUCCESS project. Her research concerns questions of politics and gender with a focus on representation, recruitment, and gender aspects of political violence.

Torill Stavenes is a Postdoctoral Fellow on the SUCCESS-team.  Her main research interest is political party organisations; how they act as a driver for change, how their external environment shapes their functioning, and how they interact with other parties and stakeholders

Francesca Feo joined the SUCCESS team as Postdoctoral fellow in March 2023. Her main research interests are the politics of gender and LGBTIQ policy-making, and the gendered organizational cultures of parliamentary institutions and political parties with a focus on populism and the radical right.

Marianne Tøraasen is a researcher on the SUCCESS team. She obtained a PhD in comparative politics from the University of Bergen in 2023. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Bergen.

Ida-Elise Seppola Asplund is a PhD student at the SUCCESS-project.  Her research interests are gender and politics, and she seeks to explore which re-election strategies incumbents pursue, and whether these strategies are gendered.

​Seréna Nilsson Rabia is a PhD student at the SUCCESS-project. She did her undergraduate in Peace Conflict Studies at Malmö University and holds a Master's in the Social Studies of Gender with a major in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from Lund University.

Đorđe Milosav is a researcher on the SUCCESS team. He previously held a postdoctoral position in political behavior at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His research focuses on political behavior and comparative politics in Europe, with an emphasis on experimental methods and causal inference.
